Our Organization collects the following data from course participants:

  • Personal identification information (Name, email address, work address)

  • Dietary needs

  • Occupation and Institution

You directly provide Our Organization with all of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online for one of our courses.

  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback.

Our Organization collects your data so that we can:

  • To file and approve your registration, to secure your participation on the course.

  • To keep track of participant count (in case of limited seats).

  • To check the course payments.

When Our Organization processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

How do we store your data?

Our Organization securely stores your data in a cloud database in Frankfurt.

Our Organization will keep your personal data provided upon course registration for 7 years after registration due to bookkeeping requirements. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by manual review of our database.

Marketing

Our Organization does not share your personal identification information with third parties, vendors or event sponsors.
